AI-native software
AI built as a boundary in your architecture rather than a chat box bolted to the side. Every tool an agent can reach is permission-controlled, every answer is grounded in data the user is allowed to see, and accuracy, latency and cost are measured rather than asserted.
The problem
Most AI features demo well and fail in production for the same three reasons: they answer confidently from data the user should never have seen, nobody can say whether the output is actually correct, and the bill arrives at the end of the month as a surprise. A prototype hides all three.
How we work on it
AI gets contracts, an authorization scope inherited from the acting user, and an audit trail — the same governance any other part of the system has. An agent cannot reach what the person driving it could not reach themselves.
Retrieval is grounded in your own knowledge, and every tool an agent can call is explicitly permitted rather than implicitly available. The model provider sits behind an interface, so changing it is a configuration change and not a rewrite.
Correctness gets measured. We build the evaluation set alongside the feature, so a change that makes answers worse is caught before your users find it, and token cost is visible per feature rather than per invoice.
What this includes
- Assistants and copilots inside your product
- Agent workflows with governed tool access
- Retrieval and search over your own knowledge
- Document, email and back-office automation
- Guardrails, evaluation sets and regression testing
- Cost, latency and quality monitoring
What you end up with
- AI that cannot leak data the user has no right to
- An evaluation set that catches regressions before release
- Token and latency cost visible per feature
- A model provider you can change without rewriting the feature
What we build it with
- Python
- FastAPI
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- pgvector
- MCP
