Effective 30 August 2026
This notice explains what WeSably collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this site only — products WeSably operates have their own notices.
What we collect
If you email us, we hold your message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
If you create an account, our authentication provider stores your email address, your name if you give one, and the credentials or social identity you sign in with. We see the account record; we never see your password.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp — for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not use tracking cookies. The only cookies set are the ones required to keep you signed in.
Why we use it
To answer you, to scope and deliver work you ask us for, to keep accounts secure, and to keep the site running. Nothing else.
Who else touches it
Clerk provides authentication and stores account records on our behalf. Our hosting and email providers process data in the course of serving the site and delivering mail.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. Account data is kept until you delete the account, after which it is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where we hold your contact details, tell you directly.
