Terms

Effective 30 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. Work WeSably does for a client is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site

You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

Our content

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to WeSably unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to them with attribution; you may not present them as your own.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is professional advice.

Enquiries are not agreements

Sending us a project enquiry, and our replying to it, does not create a contract. Work begins only under a signed agreement that sets out scope, timeline and price.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect; continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
